Crew was founded to fix a problem every revenue leader knows too well: when key players go on leave, the business suffers, teams stretch thin, and morale dips. I’ve lived it from every seat, handing off my own book of business during my maternity leave, covering for teammates, and leading under-resourced teams through nonstop transitions. The result is always the same: lost revenue and tired teams. And by the time things stabilize, another leave is already on the horizon.
With more than 20 years in revenue and sales leadership roles at companies like Google and Twitter and a deep, trusted network, I’ve brought together a collective of seasoned sales leaders with decades of experience across Google, Meta, Twitter, and Salesforce. This is the Crew. We step in to cover critical sales roles during extended absences like maternity, paternity, sabbaticals, or medical leave.
